Before you use our products kindly keep your Total Testosterone, Serum Prolactin, Estradiol, Thyroid and DHEA levels at normal and make your Sexual Psychology in a positive way. Once order received, products will be shipped within 2 days and then delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Anti Climax stands by the quality of our products and follows an easy returns policy to ensure our customers are satisfied with their experience.

Upon delivery of a product if you find that the wrong product has been delivered or the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit please immediately send us an email on info@anticlimax.in within 24 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:

• Order Number
• Name of the product received
• Date of delivery of the product
• Nature of damage and/or defect
• Colour photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect.

Subject to receipt of the above information within the specified period, Anti Climax may replace the product to your satisfaction Within 10 working days from date of receipt of intimation.

If Anti Climax is unable to replace a product due to non-availability of the product the entire amount paid will be refunded in full to you via original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

Our easy return policy will not be applicable to products which reveal damage to the outer packing or the product itself, products which appear to be partially used, product with minor scratches / chips/ blemishes etc and products purchased during sales / promotions / offers.

FOR any reason whatsoever, you would like to cancel the order before shipment , the same needs to be done within 24 Hours from the time of order booking. Refund for the same, after deduction of necessary bank charges, will be done within 7 to 10 working days via original method of payment..

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cutoff time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order

However, Anti Climax will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within 3 working days to the User and any applicable refund if so, will be made with 7 to 10 working days, from date of intimation, via original method of payment so received.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Anti Climax be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this Agreement, even if Anti Climax has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.

Product can be returned with in 7 days after receipt of order. To place a return request, please write an email info@anticlimax.in If you do not want the product for any reason other than those mentioned above, we will be happy to accept a return of the same if sent to the below mentioned address in its original packaging along with all the tags, stickers, warranty cards, documents etc as sent by the shipper.

The product must be sent using a track-able shipping method (e.g. Blue Dart, FedEx etc.) and should reach our specified address within 15 business days from the original date that the product was delivered to you. Once shipped, do send an email to info@anticlimax.in with your order details and the tracking ID of the returned shipment.

Once we have received the product and inspected its condition to our satisfaction we will inform you, within 3 working days,by email, about the extent of store credit that can be availed on our Website. The same can be used against any subsequent purchases on our website. The validity of the credit note will be for 90 days from date of issue of credit note. In no case amount would be refunded. On expiry of 90 days, amount would be forfeited.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be to your account as well as any loss or damage of items in return transit. Anti Climax shall not be liable for any claims relating to the same. We strongly urge you to accurately declare the value and purchase appropriate insurance from the shipper prior to shipping the product.

All decisions on the return / replacement policy for products sold by Anti Climax are at the sole discretion of Anti Climax ONLY and the decision of Anti Climax shall be final and binding. Anti Climax reserves the right to withdraw from any return/replacement guarantee at any time without giving any notice of whatsoever nature.

Shipping Charges

The shipping / handling charges applicable on each product are specified on the Website.  In the event any additional charge(s) are payable on a product, the same will be communicated to you, by email, prior to dispatch of your order. Anti Climax reserves the right to with hold delivery of products for non-payment of such additional charges.

Anti Climax reserves the right to change/recall this offer of free shipping. This offer may not be available in certain delivery areas.

Ordinary Delivery Timelines

The estimated delivery time for each product is also specified on the Website. We will render our best efforts to ensure your product is delivered within the specified timeframe. However, these timeframes are only an estimate and we do not guarantee delivery of your product within the said timeframe.

Our shipping timeframes are as follows:

• Standard Air Shipping: This is the method used to most small-medium sized non-fragile items. You may expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment within metro cities.
• Surface Shipping: Heavy and/or large items, furniture and fragile items are shipped by ground service. You may expect to receive your order within 10-15 business days from the date of shipment.
• Made to Order, Customised and Pre-Order Items: These will be delivered as per the timelines mentioned on the product page of each item. There maybe unforeseen delays due to manufacturing or import delays. We will inform you of these delays as and when possible.

Extended Delivery Timelines

In certain cases the delivery timelines may vary from those specified on the Website, amongst others, for the following reasons:

•     Our inability to verify the details of the customer who has elected to pay for the productvia
•    Products which are made-to order or customised based on your requirement.
•     The area in which the product is to be delivered is not supported by our shipping partners.

Ordinarily, House Proud will promptly notify you of an anticipated delay in the delivery of your product(s).

Delivery of your Order

Delayed Delivery
If for some reason, your product has not been delivered to you within the estimated timeframe specified on the Website, please confirm with your co-workers / family members if they have received the same on your behalf.
